Delivery times
During special campaigns (Black Friday, sales, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be affected by high demand.
Home delivery Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Our transport provider may notify you of the delivery date via SMS or email, provided a valid contact number has been supplied.
If the recipient is absent, the transport company may arrange a new delivery or indicate a collection point at the corresponding branch.
Each delivery will be considered complete when the order is made available to the customer according to the carrier's control system.
The customer is responsible for checking the order status at the time of delivery and notifying our Customer Service department of any issues within 24 hours.
If no claim is made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, it will be understood that the customer has received the merchandise correctly and is satisfied with the products delivered.
