SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – EMPIRE 012 SL

SHIPPING

Scope of delivery

We ship orders throughout Europe.

Shipping costs

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: €5.99
Orders over €60: €2.99
International shipping: €5.99
International orders over €60: €2.99

Shipping costs will always be displayed during the purchase process and before finalizing the order.

Delivery times

Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal: 24-72 working hours.
Rest of Europe: 4-5 working days.

During special campaigns (Black Friday, sales, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be affected by high demand.

Home delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Our transport provider may notify you of the delivery date via SMS or email, provided a valid contact number has been supplied.

If the recipient is absent, the transport company may arrange a new delivery or indicate a collection point at the corresponding branch.

Each delivery will be considered complete when the order is made available to the customer according to the carrier's control system.

The customer is responsible for checking the order status at the time of delivery and notifying our Customer Service department of any issues within 24 hours.

PRODUCT CONFORMITY

If no claim is made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, it will be understood that the customer has received the merchandise correctly and is satisfied with the products delivered.

RETURNS

Term

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return of an item.

Conditions

The items must be in perfect condition, unused, and with all their original labels and packaging.
No returns will be accepted for intimate or hygiene products (e.g., underwear, swimwear) that have been unsealed after delivery, unless they are defective.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the items arrive protected and in good condition.
The items are the customer's responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.

Return process

Request the refund from your customer account, stating the reason.
Once validated, you will receive a return document.
Prepare the package with the document inside.
Send the package to the address indicated with the carrier of your choice.
Once received and reviewed, the refund will be made within up to 14 calendar days.

Costs

If the return is due to an error, defective or damaged product, Empire 012 SL will assume the return costs.
In voluntary returns, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

CHANGES

The customer has 30 calendar days from the shipping date to make a first free exchange for the same product in another size or color.

Terms of the exchange

Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
The first exchange will be free. From the second exchange onwards, a new order must be placed, and the corresponding costs will apply.

Change process

Request the exchange through Customer Service, indicating the order number and the product to be exchanged.
Prepare the package with the items well protected.
Empire 012 SL will manage the collection and shipment of the new product at no additional cost on the first exchange.
Once received and approved by the Quality Department, we will send the replacement product to the original order address.

WARRANTY

In the event of a manufacturing or operational defect, the product will be sent to the manufacturer for review. Empire 012 SL will cover the collection and shipping costs in these cases.

Claims arising from the following will not be accepted:

Improper or negligent use.
Normal wear and tear.
External damage (impacts, chemicals, sharp objects, etc.).

Secure payment

Payments and Security – Empire 012 SL

At Empire 012 SL, we implement all relevant security protocols. Payment details are transmitted securely via SSL encryption directly to the corresponding financial institution; therefore, Empire 012 SL does not process or store them directly. The purchase amount will be charged upon completion of the checkout process.

Some banks may display a pre-authorization before the final charge. This amount will be released automatically. If this doesn't happen, we suggest you contact your bank to have the pre-authorization released.

Payment Verification (PSD2)

In accordance with European PSD2 regulations, you may need to complete an additional verification step if you pay by credit or debit card during checkout. This procedure is usually carried out through your bank's app or using a one-time temporary code.

To receive the verification request, you may need to be registered for this service with your bank. Contact your bank if you are not registered.
